Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details you provide (email, name), onboarding and fertility/cycle data, support-service preferences, appointment/retreat requests, support-ticket content, uploaded documents (raw file bytes stored in encrypted storage; metadata + AI summaries when you explicitly consent to AI processing), and payment records (never raw card numbers).

How we use your data

To provide the Make Baby Complete service, generate your Golden Window analysis, run the AI Companion, process appointment/retreat inquiries, provide support, and comply with law. We never sell your data.

Sensitive categories

Fertility, health, pregnancy, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and relationship data are treated as sensitive. Spiritual/religious/humanistic preferences and partner sharing are OFF by default and require your explicit action to enable.

Your rights

You can export a full copy of your data at any time (Dashboard → Privacy → Export my data — a ZIP with README and manifest). You can permanently delete your account at any time (Dashboard → Privacy → Delete my account, or public /delete-account for users who cannot log in). See Data Safety for retention details.

Cookies & analytics

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not sell analytics data to third parties.
